If you represent a website that sells sextoys or other adult products to the US market, you should contact us at merchants@sextoyrates.com to get your product inventory listed on SextoyRates.com!

Getting listed is easy and free. All we need is:

• One small logo that 'works' on white background, 120x60 px
• One big logo that 'works' on white background, up to 500x500 px
• Short introduction of your site, up to 500 words
• Sales tax information - which US states your store must collect sales tax from
• Shipping cost - tell us whether you have a flat shipping cost, if it is based on the order total, or if it is based on weight
• Product feed (more info below)

Product feed

A product feed is simply a file containing a list of your products. It can be in either CSV or XML format. If you need help or guidance creating the feed, we are happy to assist you.

Note: if you only have MPN and not UPC, or vice versa, that is OK, we can work with the feed anyway.

Feel free to include more data in the feed - like additional images and category paths, that will help us index your products faster.

We also support pricegrabber, froogle and any other similar systems feeds, so if you have a product feed for use with these systems already, you can use it with SextoyRates as well.

How to make the feed available to us

The simplest way of making your feed available to us is to just put it somewhere on your website, and give us the URL. We can also fetch the feed via FTP, but doing it over the web is our preferred method. The feed should have a constant name. No dates or timestamps in the file name in other words.

Updating the feed

We want to make sure that we always reflect your current prices and product availability, so we ask that you update your feed daily. We will download and process your feed daily as well. If you wish for us to only download it during a certain time of the day, please let us know and we will configure our system accordingly.
